Josh Harrison-Yellop

London Choreographer

Josh has been a performer from a young age. His first style of dancing was Irish, taught at Harrison Irish Dance Academy ran by his aunt, which led him to compete in the World Championships in Belfast at age 14. Josh then caught the bug to perform on stage and attended stage school where he learnt various dance styles as well as singing and acting. He then went on to train at Laine Theatre Arts to help him further his career. Since graduating, Josh has performed in shows across the country; including Michael Flatleys ‘Lord of the Dance’ and ‘The Pirate Queen’ at London Coliseum. Josh also started teaching at Harrison Irish Dance Academy, leading him to co-run the school with his aunt. In 2018, Josh and Emily decided to start a new business venture together teaching all varieties of dance. They sought the chance to pass on the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the years to the younger generation and decided to open a new dance school; ‘EDC’ in Laindon, where he choreographs yearly for their summer show. Alongside performing, Josh is focusing on TV, Film and Presenting work. Josh is excited to share his vast array of expertise with the lovely D.O.A.L. clients!
